CONFERENCE VENUE: JOHN B. HYNES CONVENTION CENTER
The John B. Hynes Convention Center is the location for many of our events for this conference. The convention center offers state-of-the-art amenities and services, from advanced technology and networking capabilities to their commitment to being green with earth-friendly initiatives, including composting 95% of their food waste.
PLEASE NOTE: The Sheraton Boston Hotel, our primary partner hotel for this event, is sold out.
However, IDEA has made arrangements for a discounted room block with the Hilton Boston Back Bay Hotel, located at 40 Dalton Street, directly across the street from The Sheraton. Guests will still be able to easily access the Hynes Convention center through the Sheraton Lobby.
The room rate for single/double occupancy rooms at the Hilton Boston Back Bay is $229.00++, which is the same as the rate that was offered by The Sheraton. Please call 617-236-1100 to book (need to mention IDEA), or book online here using the group code IDEA.
THE CUTOFF FOR USING THIS DISCOUNT IS JUNE 3RD, OR WHEN THE ROOMS HAVE SOLD OUT - WHICHEVER IS SOONER. Please do not delay booking your rooms as this time of year in Boston is very busy!
Note: Individuals with confirmed reservations at the Hilton Boston Back Bay Hotel must cancel 24 hours prior to arrival in order to avoid a one night room and tax penalty. The same would apply to early departures. If you wish to shorten your stay, this information must be relayed to the hotel before or upon check in. Please contact the hotel directly for more information.
Note: For information about cancellations or early departure at the Sheraton Boston Hotel, please contact the hotel directly.
Please DO NOT USE fraudulent and unauthorized call center solicitations such as "Global Housing Corp."

If you are planning to extend your stay, please book your rooms as soon as possible. Boston is a highly desirable destination in June and July. IDEA has secured the group rate for the shoulder nights of the conference, but as space fills up the availability will decline and rates will increase.
If you are planning to extend your stay beyond the IDEA Annual Conference, we offer the following suggestions for day trips, vacation or local events. Additionally, please see the list of Boston Activities we have compiled for you - PDF here and below.
